HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIROMENT (HSSE) POLICY
At TRURAY, we are committed to high standards of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance across our business. Our goal is to preserve biodiversity and promote sustainable development by protecting people, minimizing harm to the environment and ensuring security at all our sites. We seek to achieve continual improvement in our HSSE performance.

TRURAY has established an HSSE management system to ensure that:
- We plan and organise HSSE efficiently and effectively.
- Safe systems of work and suitable procedures are provided and maintained.
- We minimise discharges, emissions and waste that adversely affect the environment.
- Staff is given appropriate HSSE training to perform their tasks competently, safely and with due regard for the environment. •We ensure that suppliers and service providers comply with the company HSSE policies, rules and regulations.
- Risks from our activities are assessed and either eliminated or reduced to acceptable levels.
- We comply with all applicable HSSE laws and regulations, and apply responsible standards where the legislation is inadequate or non-existent.
- We are comprehensively prepared to respond effectively in the event of an emergency.
- We promote a culture of reporting and investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, and the sharing of lessons learned.
- We have an audit programme which verifies compliance with this policy and monitors our HSSE performance.
- We are all empowered to stop any activity if there is an unacceptable risk of accident or environmental incident.
This HSSE policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
Whilst we provide a strong and visible leadership commitment to HSSE, everyone in Truray has individual authority, responsibility and accountability for the safety of themselves and others, and an obligation to actively participate in promoting an effective HSSE culture. We will regularly set and review our HSSE objectives and targets with the aim of driving continual improvement in HSSE knowledge and performance.
